1. About us
This website, www.tipwonder.com, is operated by Tipwonder Ecommerce FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Premises 62739-001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Tipwonder”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.
2. Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Always follow the instructions and safety information supplied with a product. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional before use.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are set in US dollars. If you choose another currency, prices are converted automatically at current exchange rates and you are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank may apply its own fees. We may change prices at any time, but changes don’t affect orders already confirmed.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. If you want to cancel, email us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched can’t be cancelled, but our Refund Policy still applies.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates and responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
7. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to interfere with its operation, using it for any unlawful purpose, or copying its content without permission. All website content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Tipwonder or its licensors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tipwonder is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
