Refund policy

At Tipwonder, we want you to have a positive experience with our digital products and apps. Because our products are delivered digitally or access is provided electronically, they cannot be physically returned.

Digital Downloads and PDFs
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, purchases are generally non refundable once the digital file has been downloaded or access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

App and Digital Access
Purchases that provide access to a Tipwonder web app or other digital service are generally non-refundable once access has been activated or provided, except where required by applicable law.

Technical Problems
If you are unable to download a purchased file or access an app because of a technical problem with our product or delivery system, please contact us. We will first make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem or restore access.

If we are unable to provide the digital product or access you purchased, you may be eligible for a replacement, restored access, or refund as appropriate.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or charged incorrectly, please contact us so we can investigate and correct the issue where appropriate.

Change of Mind
Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded or used immediately, we generally do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases after digital delivery or access has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Contact Us
If you have a problem with a purchase, digital download or app access, please contact us through the Tipwonder Contact page with your order details and a description of the issue.

That is much more appropriate for the business we're building.

One important point: because you'll potentially sell internationally, keeping the “except where required by applicable law” wording is important. We shouldn't make an absolute “no refunds under any circumstances” claim.
