Where we ship
Tipwonder ships to the United States and to most countries worldwide. Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Your order is prepared and dispatched by our fulfilment partner after payment is confirmed.
- United States: estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after your order is dispatched.
- Other countries: delivery times vary by destination. The estimate shown at checkout applies.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks, public holidays and weather can occasionally add time.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also follow your order anytime on our Track Order page. Tracking may take a few days to show updates after dispatch.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately. We can only change an address before the order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, or tracking shows it as lost, email support@tipwonder.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
