Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide. Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the customer’s responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery to the United States is 7–15 business days after your order is dispatched. For other countries, delivery times vary by destination, and the estimate shown at checkout applies. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by carrier or customs delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also follow your order anytime on our Track Order page. Tracking may take a few days to show updates after dispatch.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes. Use the currency selector at the top of the page to see prices in your local currency. Prices are converted automatically at current exchange rates, and you’re charged in the currency shown at checkout.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
Email support@tipwonder.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and photos or a video of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund. If we ask you to return the item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns, except where local law gives you that right. Customers in the EU and UK can cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can cancel it for a full refund or update your shipping address.
